On behalf of Madi and her entire family,
we Thank you for your support and prayers.

Madison “Madi” Ramon is our 17 year old daughter who was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy back in 2007 when she was only 4 years old. As time went on, Madi required more and more medical attention and treatment which led to Madi’s Circle of Hope, a special needs trust created by family in 2010 to assist with her medical bills, travel expenses to and from Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, and medications that continues to be one of her biggest expenses.  With all the demands of taking care of Madi, we are blessed to have the support of Madi’s Circle of Hope and everyone who’s joined us on our journey since the day it was founded in order to provide her with the best possible care and a better quality of life.

Madi is currently a 11th grader at Memorial High School in McAllen, and although her medications have not fully eliminated her seizures, we have seen significant improvements.  As she gets older, her situation continues to evolve but we are hopeful that she will one day live a seizure free life, and we therefore would really appreciate your support at our 11th Annual Madi’s Circle of Hope 5K Fun Run/Walk which is an event created to help raise the necessary funds to continue her fight against epilepsy!

We are currently looking for sponsors and participants for this year’s event which has only been successful with the help we’ve received from our family, friends, sponsors, community members, local organizations, volunteers and countless others.  Madi’s Circle of Hope 5K Fun Run/Walk is not a race; it is simply an opportunity to come together to raise Epilepsy Awareness and show our support for Madi’s cause. It is also a time for fellowship, food and fun, which is what Madi enjoys the most!  We hope you can join us and be a part of Madi’s Circle of HOPE Trust (Hearts OverPowering Epilepsy).
